Easy cheese

In between odd jobs today I finished off a cheese I had put into a press two days ago. Its an easy to make cheese that I do quite often, because its easy. Its a semi-hard cheese (or semi-soft, depending how you look at it). This time I added chopped cranberries for added zing. It does not have the depth of flavour that more sophisticated cheeses have, but for everyday wear its perfectly fine. And you can sample it as soon as it is made, which I did. It went very well with Janet's toasted sourdough bread for lunch.
