A little colour on a grey, cold, and for a time, snowy day. Narcissus 'February Gold' at the foot of a hydrangea. They are by some steps leading to the lower part of the garden so I pass them several times a day.
Daffodils are truly gold in many senses of the word, aren't they? They certainly brighten the landscape as well as lifting and cheering up my spirit as spring arrives.

ReplyDeleteHave to agree with you Damselfly.
DeleteSome tiny tete-a-tete have bloomed by the fence. I had quite forgotten that I'd planted them. Gold heralds of spring
ReplyDeleteI like tete-a-tete, two blooms on each stem. Today doesn't feel like Spring but I'll go along with what the daffodils say.
